How to choose the right size?
We understand that size can be an important factor. That's why we've created a comprehensive size guide for our Beachwear, Swimwear, and Lingerie collections, accessible from the menu. Additionally, each product page includes a questionnaire module based on your age, weight, and body type, using artificial intelligence that analyzes over 200,000 different body types to guide you.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for size, model, or color exchanges. However, in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For more information, please see our return policy on the website.
What are the delivery times?
In France: With Mondial Relay, delivery times can sometimes exceed 7 business days. For faster delivery, we recommend opting for Colissimo with Signature, which guarantees delivery within 2 business days.
International: With DHL Express International, delivery takes approximately 4 to 8 business days for Europe and 8 to 14 business days for the rest of the world.
What happens after I order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email along with the invoice. Then, within 48 hours of shipment, you will receive another email with the tracking number to track your package.
