Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1: Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between Beliza SARL, located at 122 rue du Commandant Rolland, Cadenelle – Chambord 2, 13008 Marseille, France, and any individual browsing or making a purchase on the website www.beliza.fr or www.beliza-swimwear.com.
These terms may be modified at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time your order is placed.
Article 2: Contract
2.1 Conditions for Placing an Order
You declare that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable, or have parental permission, to place an order on the site.
2.2 Orders
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will notify you when your items are shipped.
Article 3: Prices, Availability, and Delivery
Prices displayed on the website are in euros, including all applicable French taxes (including VAT), excluding shipping costs.
Orders are accepted subject to availability.
In case of permanent unavailability and if no equivalent product in quality and price can be offered, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Article 4: Customs Duties
Any order placed on the website and delivered outside France may be subject to customs duties and local taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Beliza is not responsible for checking or informing customers of these duties.
Article 5: Delivery – Costs and Times
Orders shipped within France are generally dispatched within 48 hours from the first business day after payment is received.
Beliza is not responsible for any additional delays or issues caused by postal services.
Delivery times for international shipments depend on local postal services.
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are indicated at checkout.
Article 6: Payment
Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal. Cards issued by non-French banks must be international cards.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
From the delivery date, consumers have 14 full days to return items at their own expense. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
All returns must be pre-approved by Beliza’s customer service, accessible via the Contact section of our website.

Article 8: Returns & Exchanges
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
Only products purchased on www.beliza-swimwear.com that are unworn, in original condition and packaging, and returned within 14 days are eligible for exchange.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when shipped.
Beliza will inspect returned items for any damage and to confirm that they originated from our service.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong size, model, or color), Beliza will refund the item and all shipping costs.
If the customer wishes to exchange due to size or fit, they may return the item at their expense, and we will ship the replacement free of charge, one time only, after confirming that the returned item is in its original condition.

The goods remain the property of Beliza until full payment has been received and delivery completed.

We decline any responsibility if the delivered product does not comply with the laws of the delivery country, outside of France.
