Shipping Policy

At Beliza Swimwear, we are committed to providing fast and secure delivery through our trusted logistics partners: DHL, DPD, and Colissimo (signature required) for France, and DHL Express for Europe and international shipments.


1. Delivery Times & Shipping Fees

📍 Mainland France

  • Standard (Colissimo with signature): 2 to 4 business days – Rates vary based on weight and destination.

  • Express (DHL or DPD): 24 to 48 hours – Price varies depending on weight and delivery address.

📍 Europe & International

  • DHL Express: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

⚠️ Note:

  • Delivery times are estimated and may be impacted by exceptional circumstances (customs, strikes, peak periods, etc.).

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure the safety of your parcel.


2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


3. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking link will be sent by email as soon as your parcel is picked up by the carrier.

  • If you are absent at the time of delivery, a second attempt may be made or a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to collect your parcel at a nearby pick-up point (depending on the carrier).


4. Customs & International Duties

  • For shipments outside the European Union, local customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • These charges are calculated by local authorities and cannot be predicted by us. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.


5. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sav@beliza.fr with your order number.

  • If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors and carrier first.

  • If the parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will open an investigation and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
