Return & Refund Policy

At Beliza Swimwear, we are committed to providing high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, here are our return and refund conditions.


1. General Return Conditions

Return period:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return, in accordance with French consumer law (Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code).

Product condition:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the hygiene liner has not been removed.

Exclusions:

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless a proven defect is present.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.


2. Return Procedure

Request a return:
Contact our customer service at sav@beliza.fr, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive authorization:
We will send you a return approval along with shipping instructions.

Return shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred on our part.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.


3. Refunds

Refund method:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.

Possible deductions:

  • If the returned item does not meet our conditions (worn, damaged, missing tags), we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a reduction.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change the size or model, please return the item and place a new order.


5. Faulty Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sav@beliza.fr with a photo of the product.

We will offer a quick solution — exchange, refund, or store credit — based on your preference.
